I am a coffee lover. I don’t know about you guys but my day must start with a good cup of coffee. There was a time when I did try to fight it and that was when I started the GAPS introduction diet but my coffee habit was too strong for me to fight it.
Instead of quitting totally I swapped conventional instant coffee to an organic ground coffee. I also reduced my coffee intake to one cup a day.
What is the difference between conventional and organic coffee?
Non organic coffee is one of the most chemically processed products in the World. It also contains synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and insecticides. The chemical exposure isn’t limited to people working on the farms that spray and handle the beans, but additionally their families, neighbours and communities through chemical transfer via air and water. These chemicals are very toxic to our health and should not be consumed at all!
Organic coffee means no chemicals, easy… right?… No danger to the environment or harm to other beings. In addition, organic coffee taste better and is rich in antioxidants.
Hey guys where do you buy your coffee ? do you use conventional or organic? I would love to hear from you. Leave me some comments.
